1. Bending & Cutting Machining Shop
NND boasts a state-of-the-art Bending & Cutting Machining Shop equipped with 2 advanced machines. Specializing in the Bending & Cutting of roof rails, our products find a place in the assembly of Maruti Suzuki Brezza Cars.
2. Paint Shop
With pride, we present our 2 Paint Shop Booths dedicated to providing impeccable liquid painting services. Paint Shop 1 handles the painting of YXA Roof Rail with a production capacity of 120 units per hour. Paint Shop 2 excels in painting YTA & YNK Spoilers, boasting a production capacity of approximately 300 units per hour.
3. Powder Coating & Oven
NND takes pride in its 2 Powder Coating Booths, dedicated to delivering top-notch powder coating services. Our advanced facilities ensure the perfection of powder-coated parts. Additionally, our cutting-edge ovens contribute to achieving the highest quality finishes.
