Background

NAVEEN ENTERPRISES A proprietary firm was formed in 2012 run by Mr. Vijay Kumar Mishra. The company is having its registered office at House no -3404, Savera Estate, Vishnu Garden, Rajendra Park, Gurgaon (HR). We are in this business for a long time and successfully providing satisfactory results, outputs to our client. The company is specialized in running a paint shop in various companies and supply of manpower consisting of unskilled, skilled, semiskilled, highly skilled and administrative staff on a contract basis to various companies. We are a master in providing service in accordance with all directions and requirements of the company.

Resource Planning

We do periodically resource forecasting with customers and freeze our plan to recruit or transfer our resource and then reviewed on a monthly basis. This gives a win-win situation for all parties, and we are able to retain our resource and build our credibility to provide uninterrupted employment to our people. We have developed very good relations/reputations from preferred ITI’s/Diploma/B-Tech institutes spread in different regions of the country. Time to time we conduct campus recruitment to select and to provide good resources to our valued clients. Presently, we are in various parts of India e.g. Haryana Orissa, MP, Bihar, Uttarakhand and UP.

We also provide company’s orientation for the new joiners so that they are well acquainted with the company’s environment. This gives candidates a brief understanding of company culture & system.
